Call to publish scientific articles that will be received between June 20 and November 20, 2019, referring to:

University Pedagogy: With topics such as public policies in higher education, legislative system and reforms, academic programs, comparative policies, massification processes, quality assurance, legal professions, and others in higher education as a general field, referring to the Chilean and international context .

Didactics of Law: With topics whose centrality is related to processes of innovation, learning, curriculum, innovations, teaching experiences, students and teachers characterization , among others in legal education in the Chilean and international context.

Ethical and citation standards (Chicago-deusto) must be taken care of, in addition to the originality of the research or innovation.

The basic right to formal education for consumption as a mean of implementation of the consumer’s freedom of choice and of equality in establishment of contracts as well as of the collective and social right to environment protection

Abstract

The objective of this paper is to discuss the convergence of two basic rights – to consumers protection and to education – which aim to implement others, namelly freedom of choice of the consumer and the rights to contractual equality as well as environment protection. The article proposes the formulation of a formal education to consumption public policy taking into account countless daily social, political and economic facts that distorts consumers rational choice as commercial practices of consumers recruitment, economic policies of consumption stimulation and a educational policy unconcerned with the development of citizens power of reflection and critical judgement. The final part of the text aims at defining the institutional competence to develop that curricula as well as the legal framework for its implementation.
